By sponsoring Altadena Talks Foundation, you agree to the following terms:

Approval & Control
All content published under the Altadena Talks Foundation banner is subject to internal editorial review.
Altadena Talks Foundation reserves the right to approve, modify, or reject any sponsor-related content that:

Violates our nonprofit mission
Promotes political or religious bias
Is misleading, discriminatory, or factually inaccurate
Is deemed harmful to our brand integrity or community relationships

No Editorial Control by Sponsors
Sponsorship does not grant editorial influence or rights to direct, revise, or suppress any podcast, video, livestream, or community report.

Sponsorship Duration & Deliverables
Sponsorship benefits are active for 12 months from the signed agreement date unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

Sponsorship Duration
Gold and Platinum Sponsorship benefits are only sold singulary for 12 months (we will not accept no more than one annual sponsor per year, Bronze and Silver packages are active at any time) and active for 12 months from the signed agreement date unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

Termination Clause
Altadena Talks Foundation may terminate a sponsorship agreement at any time if sponsor actions, statements, or affiliations are found to conflict with our community values or public reputation. In such cases, sponsorship contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
