Altadena Talks Foundation is a California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to community media, disaster recovery, and civic storytelling. We operate with transparency, integrity, and accountability to the public, our donors, and the communities we serve.

Altadena Talks Foundation exists to amplify community voices, support disaster-impacted residents, and provide public-interest journalism through multimedia platforms including Altadena Talks Podcast.

We serve as both a media nonprofit and a community resource hub for Altadena and greater Los Angeles County.

Conflict of Interest Policy

All board members, officers, and key staff must disclose any personal or financial interest in transactions involving the organization.

Anyone with a conflict must recuse themselves from discussion and voting.

This policy is reviewed annually and is required under IRS rules for tax-exempt organizations.
