A Passionate Leader and Community Advocate

Antoinette "Toni" Raines is a dedicated systems administrator consultant specializing in software for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated data. Recognized for her expertise and passion, she has made a significant impact in the tech industry, simplifying complex concepts and empowering others through knowledge-sharing. As the host of Toni Talks, a widely followed Tuesday & Thursday segment, she captivates audiences with insightful discussions and actionable strategies, ensuring they leave each session inspired and informed.

A born and raised Altadena resident, Toni’s roots in her community, run deep. When devastating fires tore through her hometown, she stepped up as a leader, creating a step-by-step approach to rebuilding and restoring Altadena’s former splendor. Her commitment to disaster recovery and community revitalization has made her a vital force in ensuring her city’s resilience and renewal.

Toni is also a volunteer with Team Rubicon - a Veteran-Led Disaster Response non-profit organization, and has been serving her hometown of Altadena on the response, recovery and clean up efforts since the Eaton fire happened in January 2025.

Toni was selected to be amongst the 200 community leaders to participate in the After the Fire Summit 2025 in Northern California scheduled for September 2025 because of her dedication and commitment to her community.

Beyond her professional and community efforts, Toni is a prolific speaker and consultant, known for her ability to engage, educate, and empower. Whether she’s shaping the future of technology, guiding communities through recovery, or inspiring individuals through her powerful storytelling, Toni Raines is a true force for positive change.
